It is a fact that the youth is the backbone of society.  Their participation, knowledge, and empowerment are crucial to the survival of society. Unfortunately, the youth of today is suffering from a lack of employment, lack of good jobs, limited roles in decision making or leadership programs and there is a huge rise in drug abuse, depression, and illegal actions across the world. The youth is deluded and requires mentoring to survive the ever-evolving digital age. 

Dennis Yu is a youth empath. He has made it his mission of life to use his over 30 years of experience in digital marketing to train young adults and offer courses and business consultancy.

My personal mission centers around mentorship from my experience with helping people from all walks of life grow their expertise in digital marketing, sharing his insights from managing campaigns for enterprise clients like The Golden State Warriors, Nike, and Rosetta Stone.

Dennis uses his co-founded digital marketing company, BlitzMetrics in which he partners with schools and universities to train young adults of today to be able to drive leads and sales by managing ad campaigns for enterprise clients. Dennis hails from Las Vegas and is also an internationally recognized lecturer in digital marketing and has the privilege of speaking over 730 times in 17 different countries across the globe. 

While sharing his ultimate goal of creating a million jobs, Dennis spills the beans on what was the driving force behind his mission. 

My mission is to create a million jobs. And I’ll do anything in my power to make this happen, except what’s unethical. I’ve lost millions of dollars in this pursuit, and I expect to lose millions more since this is so important to me.

He is a firm believer in the power of mentors to help generate awareness and provide the necessary boost to those in need of it. The youth today needs to be uplifted and guided and Dennis is working tirelessly to do just that even if it makes him lose money. 

I was lucky to have mentors when I started in business — who opened doors for me that I would never have been able to open on my own. And I’d like for everyone to have this sort of opportunity for themselves, since trying to win solo in business is hard, even if you’re really smart and work really hard.
