“I Am a Leader That Expresses Leadership Effectively as My Natural Self Expression,” Says Jim Becker, a High-Spirited Entrepreneur with a Thriving Business

Jim Becker has been on a whirlwind journey since establishing his company “Becker Logistics.” It has been a mix of good, bad, easy, and difficult days, but no matter the circumstances, Jim believes he would be ready to do it all again in a heartbeat.

After attending the College of DuPage for an associates degree in computer programming, Jim attended Northwestern University for his BA in leadership and organizational behaviorism. He later went to the University of Chicago Booth School of Business for mergers & acquisitions. Jim met his wife in 1999, married in 2004, and started a family in 2007. He is a devout husband and a caring father of two beautiful daughters, Brooke and Sydnie.

Since the early days of starting his professional life, Jim knew that he had an entrepreneurial streak that he would one day explore. That day came in the year 1997 when Jim decided to quit his job as a purchasing manager. Henceforth, he spent all his time and effort developing a transportation management company that stood by its promise to provide reliable, transparent, and outstanding services.

One of the principal reasons for Jim Becker’s unparalleled success was his leadership skills. Being a leader by nature, Jim was able to steer his company in the right direction. It wasn’t easy to navigate through a highly competitive business world, but Jim’s exceptional leadership helped the company stand out compared to its counterparts.

Once the company’s future was cemented, Jim started investing his time in helping others. He wanted to teach people how to become successful entrepreneurs, so he set up his network promise and acted as a guiding light for many young entrepreneurs. Jim has set up a goal to “Be the best leader I know. To be a leader that is causing other people to be reignited with themselves and explore for themselves to see who they want to be for them. Discovering what actions they need to take in order to have all their dreams, expectations, and promises met.”

Up until now, Jim Becker has achieved unequivocal success in helping those around him. He continues to guide people by giving them business tips. He talks about his past mistakes and shares with the world a simple set of ingredients that helped Becker Logistics become one of the biggest 3PL companies in Illinois, the United States and Canada.

Jim Becker believes that “With grace and mercy all things are possible,” and his company is a living example of this fact.
