Leo is a stringent believer that we need to nurture both ourselves and others to be able to be our best selves.

Whenever Leo has the chance to live in his apartment in Phoenix, he tries to cook 3 times a day despite his busy schedule. This way, not only is he able to experiment with different cuisines but also feels relieved.

You might be wondering how cooking is soothing and helps you and the ones around you? Well, cooking at home, or other places is good both for physical as well your mental health as it is an act of patience, mindfulness, an outlet for creative expression, a means of communication, and helps to raise one’s self-esteem as the cook can feel good about doing something positive for their family, themselves or loved ones.
