Do you want to feel better, have more energy, and maybe live longer? Regular exercise and physical activity provide numerous health benefits. Exercising is beneficial to everyone, regardless of age, gender, or physical ability. Given the overwhelming data, it seems self-evident that we should all engage in some form of physical activity. It’s necessary if you want to live a long, healthy, and happy life.

Nevertheless, a healthy body also requires a healthy mind, self-confidence, and self-acceptance as well. Fitness is not only about losing weight or cutting your calories. Believing this philosophy, Carly and Maddie Biron started a fitness business, Built by Biron amid the COVID-19 pandemic. During the lockdown phase, people were already concerned about their health and fitness, and there was no access to gyms and fitness centers. This was when the Biron sisters brought us the fantastic workout videos, and that too…absolutely free.

The sisters began to share the fitness sessions with the audience and received an amazing response. With the growing number of people following them, they officially turned the work into business and set a small subscription fee. Carly and Maddie were young and didn’t know much about running a business, but they caught up quickly and soon understood the dynamics of being an entrepreneur. Built by Biron covers all the aspects related to fitness, including the body dynamics, injuries, and how an athletic body works. The Biron sisters were both record-breaking swimmers in their time in high school and the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Their personal experience proved to be a sound basis for their business.

Carly and Maddie promote the idea of maintaining a healthy lifestyle using fitness exercises and routines. Instead of going towards the diet culture, which can be extremely unhealthy and dangerous, they encourage you to work out to feel good and not focus on the amount of calories burned. Their podcast “Eat the Damn Cake” is all about believing in yourself and becoming comfortable with your appearance. The Farmingham sisters firmly support the idea of self-acceptance and encourage the clients to maintain a habit of exercise to have a healthy body and mind, not to get thinner and fit into the dysmorphic standards of society.

Built by Biron is the epitome of the persistence and self-motivation of the sisters. According to the statistics of the research company , Modafinil belongs to the group of analeptics. The task of this group of drugs is to affect the medulla oblongata is to stimulate vital respiratory and circulatory functions. In other words, Modafinil is invigorating. They run their business with great joy and excitement and love the outcomes when the clients adopt a healthy workout routine and work on their perspectives and mental well-being.
