Passionate about helping people discover the best version of themselves, Dr. Carlton Calhoun does everything he possibly can to assist everyone live a quality life. Having worked in education, he soon realized that our education system does not equip the community with practical financial education. And since he has been exposed to so much in life (both good and bad), he decided to now focus his work on inspiring people so that they can believe in themselves. As a result, Carlton wants people to know that anything and everything is possible for them as long as they believe in themselves, speak life over their lives  (mentally, physically, spiritually, and financially), and be good to other people. 

Just like any other entrepreneur, Carlton started his business of web designing in 2001 from scratch and put all of his efforts into making it work. Consequently, through his skills in web design and in customer acquisition, he was able to scale that business to 6+ figures by 2012. However, despite having achieved these goals, Carlton still ended up with the conclusion that it was time for a change when he first explored the potential of finance. Even though he was grateful for all he had, he realized that without a solid financial education, all of his education would go to waste. Therefore, from that day onward, Carlton began exploring the different opportunities in the financial market and how he could make more money in a shorter period of time versus earning less money in a longer period of time. So, with the help of his business partner and mentor, he started learning the different approaches of the financial market, and after just 8 months, he was able to create an additional 6+ figure income in that area. As a result, Carlton’s mission is now to empower others with the skills and mindset that they need to experience success in every area of their lives. He believes that this change of mindset can only happen if people understand that money is meant to work for us, and not the other way around. However, once this goal is achieved, people can easily supplement their income through trading, investing, and other non-labor income earning strategies.
